Pixel Manager Connection Service (pmw.sweetcode.com)

The connection service stores, per connected shop: the shop URL, a hashed access token, the encrypted OAuth credential for the connected Google or Meta account, that account's email address, and the identifiers of the tracking assets selected during setup. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

  1. In WordPress, open Pixel Manager → Tracking Pixels.
  2. Open the setup assistant panel (for example on the Google card).
  3. Click Disconnect. This revokes the connection with the provider and permanently deletes the stored credentials and account identifiers from our servers.

Uninstalling the plugin triggers the same deletion automatically. Operational request logs (which contain no credentials) expire automatically after at most 90 days.

Email aleksandar@sweetcode.com from the shop's admin contact address, naming the shop URL. We delete the stored data and confirm, normally within 7 days.
